This coffee comes from the Aricha station, formerly known as the highly coveted 'Misty Valley'station and sometimes called Edido. This station is located at around 1,950 m in the Yirgacheffe highlands of southern Ethiopia. Approximately 700 small holder farmers contribute their coffee to this station.

Arco Iris d' água is the name of the farm. Hermes José da Silva is the name of the grower.They're located in the Cerrado Mineiro Region is a world recognized high quality coffee producing origin. Having well-defined seasons (a hot, wet summer and a pleasantly dry winter) is a strong characteristic of the region.
This Brazilian Coffee is from the Minas Gerais region, not only providing an amazing taste but acts as a reserve area provide sanctuary for birds and other animals. Sustainability, environmental conservation and taking care of the local community is their utmost priority.
This coffee is very fruit forward with notes of peach and mango. However, it sweetens and levels out as it cools, bringing on notes of smooth vanilla and sweet honey. This part of Ethiopia has some of the highest grown coffees, later to ripen than beans from lower elevations. It puts lots like this late in the season for processing and shipping, but there's a pay-off: higher elevation equals slower ripening, resulting in more intensity of flavor.
This is a delicate blend of Ethiopian beans from 4 separate farms in Guji & Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Although Ethiopian beans are known for their fruitier notes, this balanced blend is very tame with notes of jasmine, apricot and chocolate. It makes the ideal breakfast blend for those who prefer something familiar, yet different.
